The Sourcing & QC Window
Aevum does not operate a traditional off-the-shelf retail warehouse. Upon securing an acquisition via your dedicated WhatsApp consultant, our sourcing team begins the bespoke process. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for the sourcing and rigorous Quality Control (QC) phase. You will receive high-resolution macro media of your specific timepiece for approval prior to dispatch.
Discreet & Secure Transit
To ensure the security of your acquisition, all parcels are dispatched in discreet, unmarked exterior packaging. We utilize expedited, fully trackable international couriers. Transit times generally range from 5 to 10 business days following your explicit approval of the QC media.
Customs & Import Duties
Our logistics team employs specialized routing protocols to mitigate customs friction and ensure seamless delivery directly to your door. While we maintain a near-perfect clearance rate, the client assumes responsibility for any localized import duties or tariffs levied by their respective jurisdiction.
